TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS ARE NOW IN EFFECT FROM LITTLE RIVER INLET SOUTH CAROLINA NORTHWARD TO THE MERRIMACK RIVER MASSACHUSETTS... INCLUDING THE PAMLICO AND ALBEMARLE SOUNDS...THE TIDAL POTOMAC... AND THE CHESAPEAKE AND DELAWARE BAYS. ALL WARNINGS ARE DISCONTINUED SOUTH OF LITTLE RIVER INLET. CHARLEY IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS...MOVING CHARLEY ALONG AND JUST INLAND FROM THE NORTHEAST U.S. ATLANTIC COAST.
