CHARLEY IS NOW MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 33 MPH...AND THIS MOTION SHOULD CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK CHARLEY WILL MOVE NEAR AND ALONG THE U.S. NORTHEAST COAST.
