CARIBBEAN SEA SHOULD CLOSELY MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF EARL.

ALSO ABOUT 175 MILES...285 KM... EAST-SOUTHEAST OF GRENADA AND
ABOUT 95 MILES...150 KM...EAST-NORTHEAST OF TOBAGO.
