WEST. THE LOW IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 15 MPH...24
KM/H. SOME INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS...WITH A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST FORECAST ON
SUNDAY.
