TWENTY-SEVEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.9 NORTH... LONGITUDE 70.2
WEST OR ABOUT 250 MILES... 400 KM... SOUTH OF SANTO DOMINGO IN THE
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14 MPH
...22 KM/HR...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT
24 HOURS.
