EPSILON IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR. THIS
GENERAL MOTION WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS FORECAST
TO OCCUR TODAY... WITH A SLOW TURN TO THE NORTH EXPECTED ON
