TRACK WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TODAY AND
TONIGHT. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER WILL REACH THE COAST
IN THE STATE OF VERACRUZ THIS MORNING...AND MOVE INLAND LATER
