AT 11 PM EDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION SEVEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 31.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 78.0 WEST OR ABOUT 155 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA. THE DEPRESSION IS DRIFTING SLOWLY SOUTHWARD. A CONTINUED SLOW MOTION WITH A TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED ON SATURDAY.
