MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 21 MPH...33 KM/H...AND THIS
GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY. A TURN TOWARD THE
NORTH-NORTHWEST AND THEN TOWARD THE NORTH IS EXPECTED BY TONIGHT
