TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE
NORTHEAST WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF
