DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Danny was
located near latitude 15.6 North, longitude 54.7 West. Danny is
moving toward the west near 15 mph (24 km/h), and this general
motion is expected to continue through Sunday night. A turn toward
the west-northwest is forecast on Monday. On the forecast track,
the center of Danny is expected to be near the Leeward Islands
Sunday night or Monday morning.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 60 mph (95 km/h)
with higher gusts. Additional weakening is forecast during the
next 48 hours.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 999 mb (29.50 inches).


HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND

WIND: Tropical storm force winds are possible within the watch
area by late Sunday night.

RAINFALL: Danny is expected to produce 2 to 4 inches of rain over
