DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Grace was
located near latitude 12.6 North, longitude 26.4 West. Grace is
moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this
general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 40 mph (65 km/h) with
higher gusts. Some additional strengthening is expected during the
next day or so, with weakening possible by Monday.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 35 miles (55 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
