At 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten was
located near latitude 13.4 North, longitude 37.3 West. The
depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h),
and this general motion with some increase in forward speed is
expected through Sunday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 35 mph (55 km/h)
with higher gusts. Additional strengthening is forecast, and the
depression is likely to become a tropical storm tonight.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
