At 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lisa was
located near latitude 20.7 North, longitude 34.5 West. Lisa is
moving toward the northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h) and this motion is
expected to continue through Saturday.

Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph (85 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and Lisa is
expected to weaken to a tropical depression by Saturday night.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 175 miles (280 km),
mainly to the north and east of the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 999 mb (29.50 inches).
