DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Subtropical Depression One was located near latitude 33.2 North, longitude 39.3 West. The subtropical depression is moving toward the northeast near 12 mph (19 km/h). A turn to the north or north-northwest is expected overnight and on Thursday. Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast, and the subtropical depression is expected to be absorbed by an extratropical low in a day or so. The estimated minimum central pressure is 996 mb (29.42 inches).
