DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lee was located near latitude 12.8 North, longitude 34.9 West. Lee is moving toward the west near 8 mph (13 km/h), and this motion is forecast to continue through Sunday afternoon. A west-northwestward motion is expected Sunday night and Monday. Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km) mainly to the south of the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
