DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Nineteen was located near latitude 29.5 North, longitude 50.4 West. The depression is moving toward the north-northeast near 3 mph (6 km/h). A significantly faster north to north-northeast motion is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Slow strengthening is expected during the next 48 hours, and the depression could become a tropical storm later today.
