CAROLINA COAST NORTHWARD THROUGH PORTIONS OF THE NORTH CAROLINA
COAST.

ALBERTO IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 17 MPH...28 KM/HR.
A TURN TO THE NORTHEAST WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
