located near latitude 41.2 North, longitude 48.3 West. Debby is
moving toward the northeast near 12 mph (19 km/h), and this motion
is expected to continue today and tomorrow.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts.
Debby is forecast to dissipate on Thursday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 45 miles (75 km)
to the north and east of the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1003 mb (29.62 inches).
