Invest 90L is very likely to become a tropical cyclone prior to passing west of the Cabo Verde islands, and Tropical Storm conditions are possible. Watches and Warnings may soon be issued even if a TD has not yet formed, given the close proximity to land as a Potential Tropical Cyclone.
