Re: Julia Conditions in Your Area

Noteworthy comments from the NWS Melbourne morning discussion:

".CLIMATE...A late shower containing a brief but heavy downpour
between midnight and 100 AM EDT (1100 PM and midnight for purposes
of the local "climate day") pushed the daily rainfall total at the
Melbourne International Airport to 3.51", which was a record for the
date. Higher amounts appeared to have fallen in the local area, as
evidenced in the local road flooding many locations experienced.
The NWS Office, less than a mile to the NW, picked up 4.21 Tuesday."
