     carla made landfall at port lavaca, texas on this date in 1961 as a category four hurricane.
Event Anniversary of Terrorist Attacks (by LI Phil)
     In 2001, terrorists hijacked four airplanes, crashing two of them into the World Trade Center Towers and one of them into the Pentagon building. Our lives would be forever changed.
Event Patriot Day (by Ryan)
     Sept. 11th, all who died are remembered, we pray for all the families.
