Fred Conditions in your Area
      #113911 - Fri Aug 13 2021 09:02 PM

With bands associated with Fred starting to move into places along the east Coast, including Palm Beach and the treasure coast, it's time to start the thread on what's happening in your area.

In Orlando, nothing much yet, but seeing the bands arrive from the coast.

Started raining 2+ inches an hour Stuart Fl about 7pm 9:30 now, has not stopped, i had a drain clog in the back and had to go pull the grate off to drain the bqckyard..The rain drops are huge and it like jumping in a pool for a swim stepping into it. warm though, just yellow with red after red cell coming in, incredible cloud to ground lighting every few minutes. Have not seen the water this high in my neighborhood ever??? in the nine years i have been here, my street is a moving river, going to the river. it appears to be a boundary between the upper level trough, and moisture being fed into in bands from the wave axis that is fred. Feels like a tropical system is outside.

Good morning. The newest update is consistent with the visible radar presentation, which suggested a more northerly direction. Barring a shift to the west the rain probabilities go up for us. I am just short of 10 inches for the month so far, so it is wetter than usual . Pressure remains high
Today the overcast is returning from the southwest and we will expect increased rain amounts here.

CDO beginning to form over Fred, it's making a strengthening run overnight, breezy here.
