Hey people !! Any thought on this part of the discussion? I dont know what they mean by weak curvature. Havent seen it in most reports

E ATLC TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 24W NEAR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS S
OF 16N MOVING W 15 KT. IMAGERY SHOWS AN INCREASE IN CONVECTION
ALONG THE ITCZ WITH SOME WEAK CURVATURE. SCATTERED MODERATE TO
ISOLATED STRONG CONVECTION IS FROM 3N-8N BETWEEN 20W-27W.
I read that too. Not knowing much, I tend to get a little nervous when I hear of tropical waves coming from anywhere near the Cape Verde islands. So guys, go ahead and tell me that this is entirely normal and nothing to worry about, OK?!

fear not...the CV season hasn't started and won't really get cranking till near august...nothing is going to be making the trek across the pond for a long time...heck, atlantic season hasn't even started.
the folks who post on this board are quite attuned to any tropical activity, so if you come here and there's nothing posted, chances are near 100% there's nothing going on...
it's always good to be prepared, but we'll let you know when we got a little sumpin-sumpin to worry about.
