MSP in the deep freeze so far this winter
      #64234 - Fri Dec 09 2005 10:42 AM

Temps in MSP have been in the single digits for about a week now (including the highs)...as of Dec 9th, our average temp for the month is 9 degrees! How's that for a kind of bizarre symmetry.

But it's about to 'warm up' a bit...highs are forecast to make it to just below freezing the next couple days.

We've received about four Arctic air blasts since late Nov. Guess it's going to be a cold winter for MSP. But...have down coat, will travel.
