Area of Interest - Honduras

Active tropical wave just off the north coast of Honduras with a hint of circulation near 16.4N 85.8W at 07/16Z. Wave is moving slowly to the west northwest over SSTs of 29C. Wind shear is light, but increases to the north of the system.
