Big bend going on 25N/67W I see the dry air, but it sure looks like it wants to wrap around itself.
10N/46W: it's "hanging" in there
The water temp should be warm enough, if anything decides to pop.

So that is a mostly upper cold low that is spinning off there. But it would be interesting if something developed out there this early in the year.

looks more like there maybe a slight spin ay 29N/74W in WV image

200 PM EDT FRI JUN 6 2008
FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
1. A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE IS APPROACHING THE WINDWARD ISLANDS.
UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE FORECAST TO REMAIN UNFAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL
CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT. HOWEVER...THIS SYSTEM COULD PRODUCE
SHOWERS...THUNDERSTORMS AND GUSTY WINDS OVER PORTIONS OF THE
WINDWARD ISLANDS LATER TODAY AND ON SATURDAY.

and the ULL is still churning away.
It looks like it is getting sqished between the High in the Atlantic, and the Tropical Wave approaching.
