I had read about catastrophe-bonds,
intrade.com -state-landfall-bets

others ?

Sounds like you are wanting to trade options on damage in order to make a quick profit and you are absolutely at the wrong site for that. I would suggest googling your request. This is strickly a weather enthusiast site.
