Poorly defined center of tropical wave well east of Belize near 17.5N 83.5W at 04/18Z. System moving west northwest at 15mph into an area of lighter windshear. Slow development is possible over the next few days as the wave moves toward the Yucatan peninsula.

At 06/12Z, places the Invest center at 20.1N 87.0W, about 25 miles south of Cozumel. Very little movement with this system in the past few hours. Convection and organization is on the increase and additional development is still possible.
