At 21/00Z, Invest 90L was located about 600 miles east southeast of Bermuda near 26.5N 55.5W with winds of 25 knots and a pressure of 1013MB. Movement was to the north with eventual movement becoming more easterly. Windshear is light and expected to remain light for a day or two. SST is 29C. Organization and convective envelope have improved and there is an increasing chance for the system to become a tropical depression later on Monday and perhaps a short-lived tropical storm late Monday or early Tuesday. The next name on the list this season is Lorenzo.
