TD3 sure is well defined on the WV. Appears to be following nearly the same track as Bonnie did. Looks much more well defined at this Lat/Long though.

Outflow looking very well defined and circular, and CDO developing over the center, we will likely have Charley in the Caribbean by afternoon

TD3, soon to named at 5 am, gets a pair of 2.5's also from the judges. I do believe we are 3 for 3 in TD's moving on up.

TD3 has a small round area in the center with minus75C to minus80C temps. Here's a loop link. Notice the switch in the convective areas. From W edge to center, yes, just like bonnie.

the max wind for this pass was at 23.3N / 89.6W wind was 037kts. Still barely hangin on. She must have 10 lives. Isn't this her 10th day off Africa?

nrl data puts "TD3" due south of panama city around the 15/00z near 24n 86w 86kts
