3rd Area - Invest 90L
      #1907 - Sun Aug 11 2002 10:30 PM

Might as well cover all of the bases. New Invest area is north of the Virgin Islands. Some convection - slow development is possible. Haven't had much of a chance to look this one over, but probable movement would be to the west northwest with a strong ridge to the north of the system.
Cheers,
ED

I see the invest, but it doesn't look too exciting tonight. However it is supposed to be in the South Florida area in the middle of the week and therefore it should be watched carefully just in case by anyone in South Florida. I imagine iif it were to develop and think thats a long shot...then it's track could be different but either way its definitely worth watching just in case. Even long shots pay off sometimes.

A little surprised it was put on NRL even though signs of circulation are evident and the arm of the high does extend over the top of it giving it a chance to do something.

Let's see what it does. Either way nice to see an invest in the Atlantic.
