no daniel...new for 2005 the us govt has allowed the research to spread out into the investigation of belly buttons...

Phil, this isn't such a stretch after all. One of the main industries of Florida is tourism, and our fabulous beaches. The effect of hurricanes on beaches, which has a direct effect on navel exposure, is direclty related to the success of the tourist industry!
