Quick wrap up of June 1st through July 29th.

Trop. Systems(Sys)-7
Named Storms(NS)-7

Hours this season with an active System-809 hrs(1593 poss hrs)
Hours this season with a Named Storm---708 hrs

TD hrs-107 hrs
TS hrs-441hrs
Cat1 hrs-58 hrs
Cat2 hrs-54 hrs
Cat3 hrs-54 hrs
Cat4 hrs-151 hrs

**These are preliminary numbers
Named Storm Hours are different from the Named Storm Days used by Dr Gray et al.
They use 4, 6 hour periods to determine a Named Storm Day.
For this table. Named Storm Hours are used, as they are much easier to calculate.

im still like in shock its only July. Wow

lets hope august-september doesnt throw to hard a punch at the lower 48
