Whipiest (Wimpiest) TS or Hurricane?

I go for Hermine as whimpiest, and for the whimpiest hurricane; I say Gaston.

what are some of your choices?

Hermine was hillarious. "Made landfall" as not much more than a low-level swirl with some drizzle and breezes. I was astounded that NHC kept his advisory winds at TS. The night he headed up the Gulf Stream, TWC didn't even bother mentioning him... at all! lololol

gaston killed eight people in the richmond, va area from severe local flooding. i'd pick something more like floyd in the keys in 1987.. didn't kill anybody.
but yeah, for a tropical storm hermine was pretty weak. i'm not certain but i think the post analysis downgrades it to a depression at landfall.
vince last year probably caused more headache when it hit spain as a TD.

T.S Eugene over hawaii in 1993. We took a direct hit. By the time it got to us, it was just a swirl of clouds shaped like a tropical storm. It only drizzled for like 5 minutes and winds were steady at 5-20 mph

Just because I'm 13 years old...and autistic doesn't mean I can't be a expert hurricane tracker.
