Looking forward

I know I'm probably peeing in the coffee of the real knowlege base here, but looking at the last link you posted it sure looks like something is coming together West of Jamaica. Convection is wrapping around the center.

Is this another ULL?

Also, curious is anyone has seen a season with so many ULL"s. Seems unusual to the casual weather tracker.

I don't think I can remember seeing a season with such strong westerlies in the southern Caribbean ongoing this far into the season, myself. Perhaps someone else can recall others.

The ULL you mentioned looked like it might be trying to build down a little bit, but these things usually take forever and a day, if ever at all, to transition. Not much hope for that one, but I never say never
