Possibly but Governor Bush just said on a tv briefing that the ports were all open. This was at around 4:15pm today.

Tracking map is out, it at 21.3N 76.9 W moving NW at 12mph. Track looks to remain the same, but intensity is down over Florida to a TS, but a hurricane in SC.

The track changed a little. Actually its been nudged a little west. Exit from Florida is now at Cocoa/Titusville vs Jupiter, Palm Bay.
