The 11 is out.

What's with the NOGAPS and UKMEt models on the main page? If I hit forward, the first few frames are OK, but then I go to blank pages. Is there another place to view them?

That has happened before and it is an issue with their respective sites.

I'm reasonably sure that the UKMET has Full length runs at 00Z and 12Z, and the 06Z and 18Z are partial runs.

That would be correct. The UKMET is only run out to 48 hours at 06Z and 18Z. The NOGAPS problems came from model data hiccups and should have been temporary.
