Anti-cyclonic circulation aloft
some thunderstorms
a low level twist
fairly warm (about 28 centigrade) waters

but near land.

Very low odds, but I wouldn't call it zero

Nothing else really jumping out, some thunderstorms around 13N 63W

and a Low Pressure system out in the atlantic around 28N 34W

will the atlantic squeeze out another storm?
