INVEST 96L TAG NOW ON SW CARIBBEAN DISTURBANCE
      #85319 - Sun Nov 23 2008 03:27 PM Attachment (818 downloads)

Here it is Sunday, and a persistent trof of low pressure is finally starting to come together a little bit.

Area pressures are now falling, and cyclonic flow is improving at the surface. A more pronounced center of circulation does now appear to be taking shape. Within the current environmental conditions, it does not seem at all out of the question that this could become another late season named storm within 72 hours.

it has a shot, T numbers at 1.0/1.0 which is fairly insignificant, but certainly indicative of some organization.

Personally I'd give it about a 50/50 shot of developing into a TD in the next 24 hours.

Let's see how the convection develops over the nighttime hours, the extremely cold cloud tops are part of the reason I give the system a high chance of classification.
