Cat 4 Hurricane Hilary - Tiny but Powerful

Hurricane Hilary has formed rapidly over the past few days, explosively deepened, and is now a Cat. 4 "Mighty Midget".

Fortunately, the core of the cyclone is forecast to remain OFFSHORE of Mexico's western coastline.
