Just letting everyone know I will be graduating from Georgia Tech with an EAS degree in December of 2016! (I'm one credit hour short of graduating right now) So I am now looking at graduate and PhD programs, though I think I would prefer to stay at Georgia Tech, I am more than willing to entertain other university programs. So if anyone has suggestions or thoughts, feel free to let me know how I go about the next step in this long and winding road!

In addition to Georgia Tech, here are a few other suitable institutions. They all have variations on the type of involvement that you might seek in Earth, Atmospheric or Oceanographic Sciences so you would need to dig into their respective curriculums. In no particular order:
Cornell
University of Houston
Florida State
Saint Louis University
University of Nebraska
University of Hawaii Manoa Campus (Honolulu)
Penn State
University of Massachusetts - Lowell
University of Washington
University of Oklahoma
Ohio State University
University of Wisconsin - Madison
There are many other - especially in California and Texas.
Good Luck & Congrats!

Congrats on the graduation and good luck on your next program. Am a biologist myself, so I have to suggestions on where to go next. U of Miami does have a great meteorology program but it will cost you...

Thanks for the ideas for where to apply! I'm honestly still not 100% what I want to specialize in, There's so many interesting and fun fields to explore, narrowing it down seems almost like the unfun thing to do! But I will certainly take a peek at the different places and see which ones match up best (and which ones might offer the best scholarships/stipends etc LOL).
