May update from Noaa of ENSO=Neutral thru August

I kind of agree with this update as while there has been warming in the eastern pacific cooler waters are moving eastward from el nino 4 and 3.No real impact on the Atlantic 2005 season I expect as a weak el nino to Neutral Conditions will prevail.
