Low Latitude Wave
      #89810 - Sat Oct 02 2010 11:58 PM

Active tropical wave located about 1,060 miles east southeast of Barbados near 8.5N 42.0W at 03/03Z moving slowly westward. System has become a little better organized this evening and is well south of the strong shear zone that now exists above 11N. SSTs are 29C. Although the system is at a rather low latitude, some slow development is possible over the next few days since negligible shear and 30C SSTs are present to the west of the system.
