Evacuations

Where do you live relative to the coast, and what would be your threshold for evacuating?

Last time a major storm approached Central Florida it seemed as if more people evacuated than actually needed to. (Because of storm surge zones) Would you evacuate if a big one was heading your way even if you weren't asked?
