Calling it a ' Strong' Hurricane is unnerving.

Are we talking still int he Probability Corridor of High Trop Storm, low Cat I? or are we now talking into the ' Major' Status that the NHC Terminology would usualy indicate?

I ask because the window to evacuate is closing rapidly and I would rather only move ( currently in Tallahassee Proper) If the probabilty that this could be as bad as Idalia, or the like was signifigant.
