Daytona Beach Shores @ 7am: 82F, light rain (0.25" past 12 hrs), wind SSE 17mph/gust 28. First measurable rainfall in 14 days received overnight. Hopeful that a long "tail" of Debby's banding circulation sets up along the east coast north of the Cape today as the area is abnormally dry following 2 weeks without rain and only 50% of normal wet season rainfall so far this summer.
