For Cape Coral / Ft Myers the following tide gauge will be critical:

Ian registered a max of 7.26 feet, flooding the area.
Helene registered as 5.12 feet and everyone stayed dry.

This only speaks to surge not street flooding from rain

EDIT: corrected link above, the surge values are based Mean Higher High Water (MHHW)
