My bad, yes, the site remains. Welcome aboard to any HC posters. I'm glad the site is still up...one of it's best features was the "Early Alert/City At Risk" module. JimW had Long Island up a couple of times (either by request or because we actually were 'at risk') and hooked me into some great new links. I encourage any reader of this post to check out his site, especially during the "action" periods:
