For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico... Disorganized cloudiness and thunderstorms extending from Florida estward across the Bahamas and the Atlantic are primarily associated with an upper-level trough. This activity is expected to spread slowly toward the west-northwest. Surface pressures remain high and upper-level winds are not favorable for development.
